Hyatt Place Boston/Braintree Hotel, Braintree

The hotel had a good location with easy access to local restaurants and a large shopping mall, but it was very noisy with parties going on. The service was very attentive and pleasant, including a special touch with our adult blankies. The dining experience was extraordinary, offering a variety of delicious options. The rooms were nice enough, though the bathroom felt tight. The facilities were well-maintained with great shuttle service.

I absolutely love this hotel! The rooms are spacious and comfy, the staff is top-notch, and the location is unbeatable. However, I wish they had a microwave and tub in the rooms.
